Same workout. Your version.
Real, all-round fitness: strength, endurance, flexibility and movement, with workouts that change every day. Every class is led by a coach, and everyone works at their own version, even on day one.

Not just a gym.
A club.
By the station,Netanya.
At a regular gym, your membership gets you access to equipment, and from there you’re on your own. Here, every class comes with a coach who guides you, corrects you and pushes you, and a group training right beside you. It’s not the same thing.
Our goal is simple: to get you into the best shape of your life. Not muscles for photos, and not one long run, but fitness that works everywhere: lifting, running, jumping, bending and keeping going. Your coach explains and demonstrates every movement, sets the load for you and fixes your technique as you go.
A place you’ll want to stay
We wanted to build a place that feels different: more premium, more welcoming, more connected, a real community. A place you look forward to coming to, and aren’t in a hurry to leave.
That idea got sharper after we trained at several clubs in Israel and visited more than 30 CrossFit boxes in Southeast Asia. We took ideas from every one of them, but we knew the experience we wanted to create here had to be our own: professional training, a coach who knows you, a community that welcomes you, and a place that feels good to be in before and after class.
That’s why we have a comfortable reception area, changing rooms and showers, and a recovery area, and every club member gets a personal consistency mentor.
What is CrossFit?
The CrossFit® training method aims for broad, general fitness. Not specializing in one thing, but being ready for whatever your body is asked to do: at work, in sport and in life.
The method’s definition is short: functional movements, constantly varied, at high intensity. At CrossFit Prestige, the programming is built together with the HYPR network, following these principles.
Functional
Natural movements that use the whole body: lifting from the floor, pushing overhead, pulling, running, jumping.
Tap a movement to see where it shows up in your life.
- Lift: Lifting a box off the floor, Deadlift.
- Push: Putting a suitcase up on a shelf, Shoulder press.
- Pull: Pulling yourself up, Pull-up.
- Run: Catching a bus, Running.
- Jump: Jumping over a puddle, Box jump.
- In life
- In class
Varied
The workout changes every day: different movements, weights and durations. Your body adapts to routine, and variety keeps it progressing.

- MondayOlympic lift Ring work Rowing
- TuesdayKettlebell swing Squat Jump rope
- WednesdayRowing Olympic lift Squat
- ThursdayRing work Kettlebell swing Rowing
Intensity
Real work in a short time. Intensity is measured relative to you, so everyone works hard at their own level.
Move the slider: same workout, different load, same effort.
- Beginner: Barbell squat 20 kg, effort: high.
- Intermediate: Barbell squat 40 kg, effort: high.
- Advanced: Barbell squat 70 kg, effort: high.
Weights are examples only.
Ten skills of real fitness
In CrossFit, your fitness is measured by how good you are at each of these skills. The training builds all of them, not just one or two.
- Cardiorespiratory enduranceTaking in oxygen and delivering it around the body.
- StaminaProducing energy and using it over time.
- StrengthApplying force to a weight, your body or an object.
- FlexibilityMoving through the full range of every joint.
- PowerProducing force quickly.
- SpeedRepeating a movement faster.
- CoordinationCombining several movements into one.
- AgilitySwitching quickly from one movement to another.
- BalanceControlling your body’s center of gravity.
- AccuracyDirecting a movement exactly where, and as much as, it needs to go.

What you get here
Structured classes
Every class is planned in advance: warm-up, skill work and the workout of the day. No guessing what to do when you walk in.
A coach beside you
The coach leads the class, demonstrates, corrects and answers questions. If something isn’t clear, you ask instead of guessing.
Tailored to you
Weight, range of motion and pace are matched to what you can do today, and you progress together with your coach.
A routine that sticks
A regular time slot, a group that knows you and a coach who notices. That’s how you build consistency, not just one week of motivation.
Personal mentor
Every club member has a mentor who follows up, supports you and helps turn training into a habit, even in the weeks when it’s hard to show up.
Sports therapy on site
Two sports therapists work at the club: Noam Felician and Nave Zandani. Treatment costs extra, with 10% off for club members, and you book through the app.

Cindy, three ways
Cindy is a well-known CrossFit benchmark workout: 20 minutes, as many rounds as possible. That’s the core idea of the method: you change the weight and intensity, not the workout. Pick where you are today.
